| 1 | Lesson 1: Getting Started
In this lesson we will learn the techniques of positive discipline and learn why kids misbehave in the first place.
Do not expect miracles over night. It will take a while for you to develop the habits of positive parenting and a while for your kids to adjust to the new you! There will be mistakes and the techniques will not always work as described in the examples, but don't give up. Remember that we learn as much or more from mistakes than we do when things go perfectly!
