| 1 | Lesson 1: Spell Check and Grammar Check
Typically, Word is set up to correct or highlight your spelling and grammar errors as you type your document. If you make corrections as you go, you may not ever need to use the spell checker. When a word is marked misspelled, right click on the word for spelling suggestions. If you are in a situation where more than one person is editing or creating a document, it will be a good idea to perform a spell check before the final version of the document is printed.
