Microsoft Outlook:  Taming your Inbox

Is there more than Spam cluttering your Inbox? You will configure Outlook to route incoming mail to various mailboxes based on the sender or recipient. You will use the Find command to locate messages. You will archive old mail. You will color-code messages for follow-up.

Lesson 1: Viewing and Managing Your Email

Email has become the way business is done. Even personal email has become a large part of our daily routines. We will take a look in this lesson at ways you can customize the view of your email including color-coding messages by who they are from. We will also look at ways you can save email for viewing offline or archiving email that is older than a certain date.
