Microsoft Excel: Financial Management

Learn to manage your money with Excel! You will create spreadsheets to manage money from balancing a checkbook to financial analysis. You will create spreadsheets that use the Excel financial functions for calculating a return on investment or calculating payments on a loan.

Lesson 1: The Financial and Other Excel Functions

Excel makes it easy to perform many calculations by including a set of functions that do all the hard mathematical work for us. In this lesson we will take a look at some of the mathematical functions Excel offers, some of the basic Financial functions and some of the special functions that can helps us design a spreadsheet and get the results that we want.
