Getting Your Bearings as a Leader of Change

Let's begin this first lesson with some fundamentals. It's time to get a basic understanding of the nature of change.  We're using an excellent text that gives you a chance to practice as we go along.  The second topic will take you through a scenario so you can check your current skill levels in this subject.  We'll also deal with the leader's role and your past experience with change before we leave this lesson.
